Every single day at KHS, there are more than 200 pets in need of loving homes.
As the area's largest animal adoption agency, KHS finds homes for many of those needy pets each week. We credit our extraordinary adoption totals to the thousands of families who choose the "adoption option," opening their homes and their hearts to animals in need of permanent, loving homes. But we also depend on our local media partners to help remind the community that there are hundreds of pets looking for homes every single week.
