DOG DAY AT THE PARK 2012
The Louisville Bats will once again be hosting the very popular Dog Days at the Park at Louisville Slugger Field! Each year these events strive to raise money for our furry friends and the Kentucky Humane Society by allowing fans the opportunity to bring their dog(s) to the ballpark on specially selected game dates. Fans making a donation of $3 per dog to the Kentucky Humane Society are able to sit with their pooch in our very own V.I.P (Very Important Puppies) section and receive a special doggie bag (1st 500 dogs). Tickets for humans are specially discounted at only $6 per person. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times (no exceptions). The V.I.P sections are located in 101-104, Patio Deck, Overlook Deck & Bleachers. All owners must sign a Dog Day Release Form before entering the park. Special thanks to our 2012 Dog Day at the Park Sponsors, the Louisville Bats and Park Community Federal Credit Union!

WHAT THE FANS SAY: The following letter is from a happy dog owner who attended DOG DAY AT THE PARK on June 9, 2009: Dear Kentucky Humane Society, I am writing to tell you all what a great time my family had at the Louisville Bats' Dog Day at the Park game last night. It was our puppy's first time being around so many other dogs, and I'm pretty sure that "Indy" thought all of the other dogs were there to see him. I have never seen a happier dog in all of my life. I wish that the Bats would put on that promotion more often. Thanks, again, for putting on such a great event.
Yours truly,
