The Kentucky Humane Society has two pet resorts that offer pet boarding, all-breed grooming and Doggie Daycare for owned pets. Proceeds benefit KHS shelter pets.

The Eastpoint Pet Resort offers Doggie Deluxe Guest Rooms with comfy beds, televisions and ceiling fans for a relaxing stay. Our concierge will help you choose the best combination of activities so your pet is assured a tailored level of exercise, socialization and pampering. The KHS Purrfect Plaza for cats will entertain your feline friends with an aquarium, natural light and "window seats," all this with the added peace of mind of having a veterinary clinic next door. The Fern Creek Pet Resort is nestled on five beautiful acres and conveniently located off Bardstown Road. This facility offers something for everyone - with indoor/outdoor runs and an expansive "Nature Trail," your pet can romp and roll with their canine friends, or just relax for a day of pampering.

Our á la carte activities let you choose the level of exercise that best-fit the needs of your furry friends.
Bathe, brush and pamper your pet with breed-specific cuts or a summer shave. Keeping in mind your pet's safety and comfort, our facility is equipped with a hydraulic grooming table and top-of-the-line step tub, especially beneficial to our elderly clients.
All grooming includes bathing, brushing, ear-cleaning and nail trimming. Additional pampering services are available, such as “paw”-icures, massage baths and more.

Let your dog play for the day in our fully supervised daycare. Your pooch will romp, run and socialize in a controlled and fun setting. The Kentucky Humane Society’s interactive daycare program allows clients to drop off their dog on the way to work (or while running errands), and then pick up their pet on the way home. Plus, you won't be the only one tired by the end of the day!
