Dancing for Donations

Douglas Spalding is competing in "Dancing With Prospect Stars" on Sunday, February 18, 2018, to raise money for the Kentucky Humane Society.

To count towards Doug’s total for the competition, you must donate before 11:59pm on February 17th.  Please call Alisa at 502-296-6605 to complete any last minute credit card donations.

Doug, a mortgage loan originator for Park Community Credit Union, is a Louisville native who went to Trinity High School and Murray State University. Doug will raise money for the Kentucky Humane Society as a part of the dancing competition. Each dollar donated in Doug's name will count as a vote.

When asked why he chose the Kentucky Humane Society, Doug explains, "My wife and I live on a farm where animals are a big part of our life. The Kentucky Humane Society does a great job providing second chances to lost or unwanted pets. I am honored to help support their mission."

To count towards Doug’s total for the competition, you must donate before 11:59pm on February 17th.  Please call Alisa at 502-296-6605 to complete any last minute credit card donations.

"Dancing With Prospect Stars" is in its fifth year and is hosted by the Prospect Area Chamber of Commerce. It will be held at Bill Collins Ford Lincoln. Doug is one of 10 contestants who have chosen to donate their time and talent to help their chosen charity. Prior to the contestants taking the dance floor, the Taste of Prospect will take place. Tickets also include a catered meal. There will be a live auction, cash bar and, of course, the dancing.
