Meet the sweetest little Beagle around, Sugar! This 28-pound cutie found himself at the Kentucky Humane Society when his family decided he was just a little too much for them. At approximately 6 months old, Sugar is still very much a puppy, but a smart puppy! Sugar responds extremely well to positive reinforcement training and a patient handler. While he may need a few minutes to warm up, Sugar also really enjoys playing with other dogs and has been in playgroups while at the shelter. We welcome you to bring any potential canine siblings to meet Sugar to see if it's a good match! We don't know how he does with kids or cats but feel he would do well with children age 12 and up who may be a little more tolerant of puppy antics.
