Introducing Joyner! This handsome guy is a four-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who weighs around 66 pounds and came to the Kentucky Humane Society from an overcrowded shelter. Now he's searching for a place to call home! Since arriving at KHS, Joyner has proven himself to be a happy, energetic, and playful pup. He enjoys giving people kisses, forcing our staff to give him plenty of booty scratches, and going for leisurely strolls. Recently Joyner went on a field trip to the park with one of our staff members and he loved being able to sniff and explore! He passed many dogs and people during his park adventure and he was a perfect gentleman. Because he has done well with other dogs while at the shelter, we think Joyner could be okay with another dog sibling! He would like to meet any potential dog pals before going home to make sure they can be besties. Joyner does get a little too excited at times and occasionally jumps up in an attempt to give kisses. Because of this, it would be best for him to be supervised around younger kids that he could easily knock down. Joyner has not been around cats so we are unsure how he feels about kitty friends. This sweet guy does have skin allergies so he is on a special diet that he will need to continue in his forever home. If you want to meet a sweet, happy dog that will surely bring you plenty of joy, come meet Joyner today! Joyner is neutered, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations.

Shelter Transfer:
I came to the Kentucky Humane Society from another shelter. The staff are still learning all about me. I miss being in a home and have a lot of love to give.
