|Cali (In Training)(Waived Fee)|
Meet the lovely miss Cali. This 50 pound Terrier mix came to the Kentucky Humane Society when her owner could no longer care for her. Even though she's considered "large", she rides fairly low to the ground and is a compact built pup. She can be a little shy meeting you, but once she's determined you are a friend, she turns into a big mush of love. Cali has lived with dogs before and has had some challenges vying for resources. She would like to meet any potential doggy siblings to see if they are a good match. She has never been around cats. Her prior owner said erratic movements may scare Cali so she's approved to go home with children ages 12 and up. Cali requires lots of fun toys and daily cuddles. She doesn't ask for much more, just a family to love on her and to get lots of love in return. Cali is spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. See below for information on how to meet Cali.
Cali is part of our shelter dog training program. If you are interested in meeting her, please first submit an online adoption application located at the following URL: www.kyhumane.org/dog-app. Once we have received your adoption application, our staff trainers will follow up and provide you with more information.
I came to the Kentucky Humane Society because my owner could no longer care for me. I miss being in a home and have a lot of love to give.
