Kusama came to us in February 2023 from a free roaming herd. She came to us with minimal previous handling from what we can tell. She seemed to already be broke to lead but not much else. She is healthy and appears sound at all gaits. She foaled a lovely colt here at KHS and will be available for adoption after Jax is weaned soon. Kusama is with a foster who has been working some on her basic handling skills. She still likely needs an education from the ground up but is otherwise healthy and ready for training. She comes from a herd/area with some gaited influence but its often difficult to tell if a horse will be gaited under saddle or not.
