Knuckles is an adorable Kentucky Mountain Horse type gelding who is currently still in the "all legs" stage of growth. He was collected as a feral-born free roaming horse from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and is coming around to life with people. He seems to be a soft-hearted kiddo and would thrive with an adopter who can spend some time teaching him all the things a growing boy should know. Knuckles is currently in Wilmore, KY with Metcalfe Equine LLC for training where he's learning about wearing blankets, groundwork, being caught and led in to the barn from the pasture and standing for the farrier.
We think with the right structure in his life this guy is going to be a nice solid mount one day. Knuckles is a Kentucky Mountain horse type and should be gaited under saddle in the future.
