On April 15, Jen Foster will be at Headliners Music Hall to perform a benefit concert for the Kentucky Humane Society in memory of friend Jennifer Day. A quarter of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Kentucky Humane Society.

Jen Foster will be performing music from her White Room Sessions album.

A native of Houston, TX, Foster earned an English degree from Whittier College, just outside of Los Angeles, before pursuing a full-time career in music. She spent several years working and playing clubs in L.A. before relocating to Nashville, TN, where she currently resides. Foster has found herself nicely situated with one foot in the songwriting community and the other in the hustle-bustle world of an independent artist. Her songwriting endeavors have led her to collaborations with Randy Bachman, Pam Tillis, Jeffrey Steele, Mike Reid, and many others.

During this tour, she’s mixing music with philanthropy as she will be giving a percentage of each venue’s ticket sales to local animal shelters. The Kentucky Humane Society will benefit from her Louisville performance.
