The Kentucky Humane Society is thrilled to announce our participation in the BISSELL Pet Foundation’s national “Empty the Shelters” event! From this Thursday, October 5 through Saturday, October 14, KHS is waiving adoption fees for all adult dogs and cats (1 year and older). KHS Takes in Cats from Horrific Large-Scale Neglect
