Free Gelding and Wellness Clinic in Eastern Kentucky

The Kentucky Humane Society, in partnership with the ASPCA and the Kentucky Equine Humane Center, is holding a free gelding and wellness clinic in October

Each clinic will be open to 50 horses. Registration must be received, and appointments scheduled, prior to the date of the clinic.

All stallions registered for castration services will also receive the following:

  • Vaccinations,
  • EIA (Coggins) testing,
  • A health certificate and
  • De-worming.
  • Dental services (if needed)

To qualify for services, all stallions must be: at least four months of age, in good health, clean, with two fully descended testicles and equipped with a well-fitted halter, sturdy lead and qualified handler.
