New Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Due to a high volume of missed appointments, we have put new deposit and cancellation policies in place. Missed appointments are very costly for us and negatively impact the number of animals and families we are able to help. We now require the following deposits for all appointments scheduled for November 1, 2022 and after. Deposits are due and can be paid securely by credit card when you make you make your appointment online or by phone.

  • Cats: $30.00
  • Dogs: $40.00

For low-cost Pitbull surgeries and clients who present a voucher at check-in, deposits will be refunded on the day of the appointment. For all other appointments, the deposit will go toward the cost of the surgery. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 72-hours notice in order for your deposit to be refunded. Deposits for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 72-hours notice are non-refundable.

Thank you for understanding and being a valued member of the KHS S.N.I.P. Clinic community!
