Meet Chacha, a 3½-year-old pit bull terrier mix with just the right amount of lovable goofiness. Chacha loves every person she meets, greeting new friends with a big smile, full-body wiggles and a tail that goes around like a propeller!
Chacha's foster family says she's a fantastic dog - she appears potty trained and is VERY affectionate and well behaved in the house. When left alone, she's happy to nap on her dog bed or the couch until you return, when she'll be waiting to greet you with her signature wiggles, tail wags and a stuffed toy in her mouth. She gets the zoomies every once in a while, but after a few spins around the yard or a walk or two around the block, she's happy to go back to napping or playing with toys. In her previous home, she was crate trained too! Chacha loves stuffed toys and adorably carries them around the house without destroying them. She also takes squirrel patrol very seriously and will gladly help keep your yard squirrel-free. Because she likes to chase things that run, Chacha needs a home without cats. Chacha grew up with another dog, but as an adult she's decided she'd much rather spend her time with people. At KHS, she successfully spent time off-leash with another dog, but she preferred to ignore them and do her own thing. People are definitely more her speed, but a likeminded canine siblings isn't out of the question! If you're looking for a sweet, silly, people-loving pup with great house manners, a fondness for stuffies and serious squirrel-patrol skills, Chacha may be your girl.
