Join us at E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park on Sunday, April 19th, as we celebrate National Dog Parent Appreciation Day with the inaugural Weenie Derby. Whether you’re a dachshund guardian or just a fan of “long little doggies,” this is the spring event you don’t want to miss. We’re bringing together the fastest (and cutest) weens in the region for a day of racing, community, and giving back to the Kentucky Humane Society. Enjoy food trucks, carnival games, and snuggle some adorable KHS puppies at this fun event!
