As a horse owner or rider, it’s inevitable that at some point you will be confronted by a medical emergency involving your horse, whether it be simple or complex. At our Basic Equine Health & First Aid Clinic, you will learn what actions to take, how to comfort your animal until the vet arrives and what information your vet will need.
This is a beginner course and is required for participation in the Advanced Equine Health & Emergency First Aid Clinic offered on Saturday, April 13. Registration for beginner and advanced classes may be bundled.
