Puppy Social (8 to 15 weeks)

This playgroup is for puppies aged 8-15 weeks. Raise your puppy right! This playgroup focuses on socialization, learning to make friends, and confidence building to help your puppy grow into a well-adjusted adult. Each week will focus on a different element of socialization and all three sessions will include playtime with their new friends! Don’t miss out on your puppy’s critical development period – we can help you start off on the right paw!

This is a puppy-only social and owners will not be allowed to enter the building. However, pet parents will receive a link to watch the fun live while they wait. You will also receive training tips and handouts by email after each session so you can keep up at home.

You will need to submit a waiver and your puppy’s vaccine records by email after enrollment and before your first class. Vaccinations required are two rounds of distemper/parvo and bordetella. There have been documented cases of Canine Influenza in our area. The Kentucky Humane Society strongly recommends that the Canine Influenza Vaccine and subsequent booster vaccination be given prior to attending behavior training class. Learn more. Students who elect not to get this vaccination may attend class but will be asked to sign a waiver.

Payment is required at registration. As all funds go back to care for the animals in our shelter. All fees are non-refundable.
