An adult dog has already mastered the art of being a fantastic furry friend! Past their puppy stage, they may know basic cues and are often already potty trained, making the transition to your home smooth and enjoyable. With years of love and experience to share, they are ready to become your loyal companion and bring joy, laughter and unconditional love to your family. All dogs adopted from KHS are spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
Zelda loves cuddles and to play fetch! She has met dogs but does not enjoy the company of children. She has no experience with cats or small animals. Zelda is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting and potentially adopting her, please complete the online interest form at kyhumane.org/adoption-interest-form. Completing this form doesn't put Zelda on hold or guarantee adoption. Someone from the Kentucky Humane Society will reach out to you via email within 72 hours if we feel that this pet could be a good match for your home. |
