Give for Good to Help the Animals on Thursday, September 15!
Hosted by the Community Foundation of Louisville, Give for Good Louisville is an unprecedented day of unity in the name of philanthropy. Communities from across Kentucky and Southern Indiana join forces to give vital support to 550+ participating organizations creating positive change for thousands of individuals in need. The Community Foundation invites everyone to unite for good when this year’s giving day returns on Thursday, September 15, 2022!
Every day of the week, the Kentucky Humane Society takes in homeless dogs, cats and horses. We help not only animals in Jefferson County but throughout Kentucky. And in times of disaster such as hurricanes, flooding or tornadoes, we make room for needy animals from other areas, too. With your help, we heal their bodies and hearts.
Give for Good Louisville– our city’s single biggest day for giving – is Thursday, September 15. On that day, we ask you to please give to the Kentucky Humane Society. Your donations will let us compete for additional funds offered by the Community Foundation of Louisville. On Thursday, will you remember the Kentucky Humane Society by visiting our Give for Good Louisville page?
