The Pet Help Line is funded by grants from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and Banfield Charitable Trust. It is designed to help keep pets in their homes and out of shelters. The staff and trained volunteers at the KHS Pet Help Line help owners repair the animal-human bond and connect owners to local resources that help them keep their pets.
