A big thanks to Jeremy Bewley, DMD, DICOI, of Cornerstone Dental who donated a dental handpiece to the Kentucky Humane Society! This equipment retails for about $1,600, and we so appreciate this amazing donation!

In addition to practicing general and cosmetic dentistry and being a dental educator, Dr. Jeremy Bewley is also married to our shelter veterinarian, Dr. Emily Bewley, who uses the donated equipment to give dentals to shelter dogs and cats. Any pet parent with a geriatric dog or cat knows how expensive veterinary dental surgery can be, so we feel very lucky to be able to provide this service to many of our geriatric shelter pets.
