A bright spot in the lives of anyone who knew him, Woodford was adopted when he was just eight weeks old. Woodford was named after his dad’s favorite Kentucky Bourbon, Woodford Reserve. He could be found laying on a couch or blanket or at a front window watching people and cars go by. The only people he didn’t care too much for were UPS and Amazon drivers, but that is only because he never got to meet them! Woodford enjoyed car rides, puppy lattes at Starbucks, ice cream, fireplaces and long visits with grandma.
We know that Woodford’s many friends and family will miss the joy he brought to their lives, but this generous matching gift to KHS means that Woodford’s legacy can continue on by helping other animals in need!
