Have Pet Questions?
Call Our Free Pet Help Line 502-509-4PET (4738)
The Kentucky Humane Society's Pet Help Line provides free advice for whatever animal issues you are experiencing. Please note: our Help Line Coordinator is not a veterinarian and cannot give medical advice. We can give referrals to veterinarians. Whether you need help managing your cat's or dog's behavior or need a referral for pet friendly housing or shelters, pet food banks, low cost vet clinics or KHS assistance programs, call the KHS Pet Help Line at 502-509-4PET (4738).
The Pet Help Line is funded by grants from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and Banfield Foundation. It is designed to help keep pets in their homes and out of shelters. The staff and trained volunteers at the KHS Pet Help Line help owners repair the animal-human bond and connect owners to local resources that help them keep their pets.
To talk with a pet expert, leave a message with the KHS Pet Help Line 509-4PET (509-4738).
