We are encouraging students to get involved in this year’s Waggin’ Trail Festival for the Animals.
This event takes place on Sunday, June 9 from 2-5 p.m. at the Louisville Water Tower. Waggin’ Trail is the largest walk and festival of its kind in the Kentuckiana area drawing crowds of more than 1,000 families, animal lovers and local consumers who care about our shelter animals. All proceeds will directly benefit the welfare of our adoptable pets by providing them with shelter, food and medical care.
If you are a student needing service hours, you can fundraise to help our furry friends. For every $25 raised, you will receive one service hour!
To register for Waggin’ Trail, visit for our special student discount of $21.20!
This is a PAWsome way to have fun with friends and family while supporting the Kentucky Humane Society’s cause.

We hope to see you there for a dog-gon’ good time!
