Give Hope This Holiday Season
At only two months old, Suni and Simone arrived at the Kentucky Humane Society’s Sam Swope Pet Treatment and Lifesaving Center in terrible shape. These Chihuahua puppies were covered in Demodectic Mange (Demodex) – a skin condition caused by microscopic mites that embed into a dog’s skin. Suni and Simone had raw, itchy skin and were covered in scabs. We provided Suni and Simone with topical and oral medication to ease their discomfort and jump-start their healing.
Thanks to your support, the Kentucky Humane Society provided these puppies with lifesaving medical care, nourishing food and time to heal. Because of you, they were able to be saved.
We have great news about how you can help even more animals in need! An anonymous donor has offered to match – dollar for dollar — every gift the Kentucky Humane Society receives by December 31st … up to a total of $50,000. What an amazing gift to homeless and abandoned animals who will be saved by this kindness.
There has never been a more powerful time to give. And your gift has never been more important. Kentucky’s injured, ill and abandoned animals need help now. Help us give hope this holiday season by sending in a gift today. Thank you.
