We Met Our $29,000 Match to Help Even More Animals!
We are excited to share that we met our $29,000 match in EthanAlmighty’s honor from the Fraizer-Joy Family Foundation. Thank you for your support. It means the world to all of us at KHS and to the animals in our care!
Meeting the $29,000 match means that we can be there for animals like Hansel and Gretel, who came to KHS this week extremely emaciated and malnourished. We learned that these poor brindle siblings had been left in a crate without food for a week before they arrived! They were just skin and bones and extremely weak! Our vet team went right to work feeding them small amounts of food multiple times per day and is continuing to monitor their condition. In the meantime, Hansel and Gretel are in a KHS foster home to gain weight and heal in comfort. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
